1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to users ("Members") of the tkpk3 platform and all its services. By using the tkpk3 website or application, you are automatically considered to have agreed to these Terms.

3 Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following eligibility conditions must be met to participate on the tkpk3 platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. tkpk3 is a 21+ platform.
• You must participate in gaming activities voluntarily and of your own decision.
• You must have your own bank account or mobile financial service account.
• If you have previously been banned from tkpk3 for any reason, opening a new account is prohibited.

To verify age or identity, tkpk3 may request a copy of the national identity card, passport, or driving license. Withdrawal access to the account may be limited until verification is complete.

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period, which will be stated in the offer description.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.

• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

6 Gaming Rules

All gaming activities on the tkpk3 platform are conducted according to set rules. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed when the game loads.

General Gaming Policy

• The outcome of all games is determined by a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If the connection is lost during a game, tkpk3 will automatically determine the result of that round.
• If there is a dispute over a game result for any reason, tkpk3's server log will be considered the final proof.
• The individual rules of game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming) also apply.
• tkpk3 reserves the right to temporarily suspend any game due to technical issues.

Sports Betting Rules

• Official results will be considered final for all sports betting including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC events.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to the specific rules.
• In live betting, odds may change before the bet is confirmed.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkpk3 platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and may lead to legal action:

• Abusing bonuses or opening multiple accounts to collect bonuses.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal purposes.
• Applying hacking, malware, or any other technical methods.
• Attempting unauthorized access to other members' accounts.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in gaming software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using third-party betting software or bots.
• Participating in match fixing or game manipulation.
• Helping anyone under the age of 21 open an account.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

In the following circumstances, tkpk3 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice:

• When suspicious transactions or gaming patterns are detected.
• In cases of deposit disputes or chargebacks.
• Upon request from a legal investigation or law enforcement agency.

Reasons for Permanent Closure

• Serious violation of these terms and conditions.

• Providing a false identity or age.
